Product Description

The ACH series is a horizontal multi-staged pump, compact and easy to install in small spaces. It is suitable for small machines, tools, house, and industrial water pumping. The pump provides effective cooling and lubricating for machine tools.

Water transferring: Ideal for light-industrial areas, farming water transfer, and circulation.
High pressure: Functions as a booster for single and multi-pump systems.
Watering in-house: Suitable for household applications.

The pump is primarily made of stainless steel, with a mechanical seal made of FKM, ensuring strength and durability at high temperatures. This pump includes a mechanical seal and should not be operated under idle conditions without being submerged, as this can damage the seal.

Suitable liquids for use should be clean, non-explosive, and low viscosity, without solid particles, sludge, or fibers, and should not affect the pump’s original components. For liquids with higher viscosity and gravity than soluble cutting water, the motor power must be increased according to working conditions.

The liquid should be filled up to the limit lines indicated on the pump body side. The maximum liquid level should be kept below 20 mm from the tank top for optimal performance.

If the liquid exceeds the maximum limit line, it can cause liquid dispersion. Conversely, if the liquid level is too low, it can cause noise from air mixing and reduce the performance of particle suction from under the tank.

The discharging volume varies significantly with the viscosity of the liquid. If the viscosity is high, the motor generates more heat, so the cutting oil viscosity should be kept under 32 cSt. This pump is a low-head type, so it cannot discharge if there is pipe resistance when a check valve is installed.
