The liquid level should be maintained between the indicated limit lines on the pump body. The maximum liquid level should be kept below 20 mm from the tank top to prevent dispersion. If the liquid level is too low, it can cause noise and reduce performance. The discharging volume varies with liquid viscosity. High viscosity increases motor heat, so cutting oil viscosity should be kept under 32 cSt. This pump cannot discharge if there is pipe resistance when a check valve is installed.
